If you are not able to buy from either one of these shops I will happily sell direct. Please email details of any products you wish to purchase and I will send an invoice either via email or Paypal. Items will be dispatched once payment has cleared.

What is Paypal?

Paypal is a free service that allows you to send and recieve money on the internet using only an email address. It is easy to use and, more importantly, it is also secure. If you don't already have a Paypal account go to www.paypal.com to find out more.

Can I pay by cheque?

If you would like to pay by cheque please email me as above. I will then send an invoice for the full amount via email along with details of where to post the cheque to. The item/items will be posted once payment has cleared. (usually 5 working days)

Post & packing costs

I offer free post and packing within the UK. Delivery is by Royal Mail standard delivery which is not insured against loss or damage. If you would like your items to be insured while they are in transit please let me know and I will add a small charge to your invoice.

Please would overseas buyers contact me to get a postage quote to your country.

What is the returns policy?

Our items are all hand made and they are quality controlled at every stage of manufacture so I'm pretty confident that you won't be disappointed. However if you are not entirely satisfied please send the item back to us in a saleable condition within 15 days of purchase and I will offer you a replacement or refund. Unfortunately I can't refund the return postage costs unless there is a genuine fault with the item (I'm not a multinational!)
